A Brilliant Idea for Thriving Business: The Hidden Piece Not Taught in School

In the communities I’m part of, both online and off, there’s one thing I’ve seen that’s constantly flowing; new ideas.  Can you relate to:

  • Getting so excited about an inspired idea that you can’t wait to share it with your friends, family and heck, anyone that’s breathing?
  • Feeling so overwhelmed at the abundance of possibilities and options floating in your head that the only action you take is going around in circles?
  • The immensity of your vision being such that if actualized, it would make an incredibly large impact that’s completely mind-bloggling?

If you answered yes to these question you’re part of a tribe I call Creative Visionaries.  It’s NOW time for you to step forward and claim your brilliant role in ways that quite frankly may scare the crap out of you.  But you know what?  Humanity’s survival is depending on it.

Here’s the thing, we don’t fit into the mold of traditional ways of doing business and honestly, there isn’t much that’s traditional about us to begin with.  Ever hear the quote that “problems can’t be solved at the same level of thinking from which they originated?” That’s where we Creative Visionaries step in.

So where do we turn and what is there to do?  The KEY for any Creative Visionary wanting to take his or her life/business to the next level is developing strong inner AND outer support systems.

I have a good sense you know how to get support outwardly.  It’s obvious this comes from surrounding yourself with positive, innovative friends, mentors, colleagues, coaches and teachers.  It also comes from investing in programs and implementing systems that ensure that the actualization of your big ideas have wonderful and lasting effects.

However, you might be thinking, “inner support”, what in the world is she taking about?  To take it to the core level, you have to know you are worthy of what one of my past coaches Heather Dominick calls “Being Considerably Huge.”  You must be committed to attend to your inner landscape and the inevitable fears, doubts and attachments that are guaranteed to come forward as you Actualize Your Brilliance.  There are simple, efficient and effective tools you can learn to service this but YOU have to be the one that chooses to actively use them.

This commitment has to be as equally important as the outer commitments you make in building your business, legacy and impact.  And the good news is, more and more of us are learning that the inner piece (Peace) and the outer piece don’t have to be mutually exclusive.

This is the Evolution of Business.  This is the Evolution of Humanity.
